This compressor uses a three (two)-columned vertical format that results in superior force equilibrium, low vibration and reliable operation. The cylinder and filler uses a non-lubricating structure, the filler is sealed by a non-back pressure structure. Reducing frictional temperature and abrasion improves the service life of the fillers and piston, reduces gaseous pollution, saves fuel and therefore minimizes operating cost. The cylinder was designed for non-balanced stage and stage difference inversed model. It can reduce gas circulations among the stages, and improve gas capacity and conserve energy.
