Detailed Product Description
Fine grain cool press graphite material is a new type material which is widely used in the lastest fifty years. This kind of graphite materials have many super properties such as good electric conductivity, heat conductivity, high strength of high temperature resistance, self lubrication and high bulk density and easily machining etc.It is more used in every field of today's industrial area such as monocrystal silicon, electric spark machining(EDM),metal continuous casting, high temperature corrosion resistance container, special purpose and so on. Isotropic graphtie(Fine structure large specification isotropic graphite)is produced by isostatic compaction technology,it has not only all properites of high purified grpahite, but also has good isotropism. Its properties are connected with size, shape and sampling orientation, its structure is homogeneous, fine and close, its mechanical strenghth is high, its oxidation resistance capacity is very strong. The graphtie used in Machining of electric spark ,its consumption is only 1/3-1/5 of copper materials ,Its machining capabilities are all right and so much advantages. It can be said that is the best material among graphite materials. As one manufacturer of isostatic graphite,we adopted the newest home and abroad technologies. The graphite is produced with following equipments: 1)All automation electric burden system 2)Forced mixture system 3)The largest scale 125000T isostatic press 4)Ring baking furnace 5)Graphitization oven The largest dimension of isostatic graphite products by our facility are Diameter500xLength600mm,400Wx400Hx600Lmm Main specifications are as follows: DTIG-1 1)Bulk density Min 1.70g/cm3 2)Ash Content Max 0.1% 3)Electric conductivity Max 15x10E-6 Ohm.M 4)Compressive Strength Min 40 MPa 5)Flxural Strength Min 22 MPa 6)Porasity Max 22% 7)Coefficient of thermal expansion X10E-6/Degree DTIG-2 1)Bulk density Min 1.70g/cm3 2)Ash Content Max 0.05% 3)Electric conductivity Max 15x10E-6 Ohm.M 4)Compressive Strength Min 40 MPa 5)Flxural Strength Min 22 MPa 6)Porasity Max 22% 7)Coefficient of thermal expansion 3.5X10E-6/Degree DTIG-3 1)Bulk density Min 1.75g/cm3 2)Ash Content Max 0.1% 3)Electric conductivity Max 15x10E-6 Ohm.M 4)Compressive Strength Min 45 MPa 5)Flxural Strength Min 26 MPa 6)Porasity Max 20% 7)Coefficient of thermal expansion 4X10E-6/Degree DTIG-4 1)Bulk density Min 1.75g/cm3 2)Ash Content Max 0.05% 3)Electric conductivity Max 15x10E-6 Ohm.M 4)Compressive Strength Min 45 MPa 5)Flxural Strength Min 26 MPa 6)Porasity Max 20% 7)Coefficient of thermal expansion 4X10E-6/Degree DTIG-5 1)Bulk density Min 1.80g/cm3 2)Ash Content Max 0.1% 3)Electric conductivity Max 15x10E-6 Ohm.M 4)Compressive Strength Min 55 MPa 5)Flxural Strength Min 30 MPa 6)Porasity Max 18% 7)Coefficient of thermal expansion 4.5X10E-6/Degree DTIG-6 1)Bulk density Min 1.80g/cm3 2)Ash Content Max 0.05% 3)Electric conductivity Max 15x10E-6 Ohm.M 4)Compressive Strength Min 55 MPa 5)Flxural Strength Min 30 MPa 6)Porasity Max 18% 7)Coefficient of thermal expansion 4.5X10E-6/Degree DTIG-7 1)Bulk density Min 1.85g/cm3 2)Ash Content Max 0.1% 3)Electric conductivity Max 15x10E-6 Ohm.M 4)Compressive Strength Min 62 MPa 5)Flxural Strength Min 35 MPa 6)Porasity Max 16% 7)Coefficient of thermal expansion 5.5X10E-6/Degree DTIG-8 1)Bulk density Min 1.85g/cm3 2)Ash Content Max 0.05% 3)Electric conductivity Max 15x10E-6 Ohm.M 4)Compressive Strength Min 62 MPa 5)Flxural Strength Min 35 MPa 6)Porasity Max 16% 7)Coefficient of thermal expansion 5.5X10E-6/Degree
